DMCA & Copyright Policy

TeraBox Downloader respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This DMCA Policy outlines how we handle claims of copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable copyright laws.

1. Our Role

TeraBox Downloader is a tool that generates direct download links from TeraBox share URLs. We do not:

• Host, store, or copy any files on our servers
• Control what files users share on TeraBox
• Distribute or republish copyrighted content
• Have the ability to remove files from TeraBox

Since we do not host any content, copyright complaints regarding the actual files should primarily be directed to TeraBox (the content host). However, we will take action to block specific URLs from being processed by our Service upon receiving valid takedown notices.

2. Copyright Infringement Notification

If you believe that content accessible through our Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must include:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
2. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, including the specific TeraBox URL(s) processed through our Service.
3. Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement that the information in your notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

4. Our Response to Valid Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:

• Block the specific URL(s) from being processed by our Service
• Add the URL(s) to our internal blacklist to prevent future processing
• Notify the user (if identifiable) that their link has been blocked

Since we do not host the actual content, we cannot remove the files themselves. For complete removal of infringing content, you must also contact TeraBox directly.

If you believe your content was wrongly blocked due to a DMCA notice, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

1. Identification of the material that was blocked and the URL(s) affected.
2. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was blocked as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your district and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original DMCA notice.

7. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users or accounts that are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the Service and/or terminate accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

• You have the legal right to download any content you access through our Service
• You will not use our Service to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• You understand that downloading copyrighted material without authorization may be illegal in your jurisdiction
